San Antonio de Portmany has a surface of 126,87
km2. Population's settlements that compose San Antonio are Sant Antoni
(as it is called by locals), Buscastell, Santa Agnes de Corona, San Mateo
d'Aubarca and San Rafael de Forca. Ibiza San Antonio is limited to the North
by the Chain Mountains formed by Amunts, while in the South we can find
the bay of Portmany, where an important business, tourist and sport district
is located.
The airport offers a wide variety of retail services, including the Duty
Free & Travel value shops, typical cuisine, jewellery and gifts, press
and souvenirs, handicrafts, music and accessories, to meet the demand
of these four million potential consumers.
Ibiza San Antonio offers several and interesting beaches that embraces
almost the whole western coast of Ibiza. Cala Gració and
Cala Gracioneta are two beautiful beaches of fine sand and they
are very near from city centre, as well as S'Arenal beach, Es Pouet
and Caló des Moro, all of them with a complete tourist infrastructure.
For those who don't simply look for the comfort of the sand and
they don't care to walk a little, there are some places that are
really spectacular and beautiful, as Punta de sa Galera, where besides
sun baths, visitors can practice snorkle and yoga.
The cultural centre Sa Punta des Moll and the Nautical Club are
two entities with special charm in the daily life of the town. In
the highway of Ibiza San Antonio are located several of the huge
discotheques of the island with international renown.
