Our Prices Include

Amendment and Cancellations

There is no charge for amendments and cancellations

Deliveries and Collections

Free airport collections and deliveries. Please remember that our office is inside the terminal. This is very important so that you don't need to look for the missing representative. The cost of Night Time deliveries depends on the location. In some places are Free but others have a small charge. Please also note that we do Not deliver to Hotels or private homes.

Additional Drivers

The price includes one more Free additional driver as long as the name is provided on arrival. You can add more drivers at 9 euros each for rental.

Car Insurance

Full Insurance without excess including unlimited civil liability, damage or accident to third parties (CDW), theft of the vehicle (TP), bail bond where applicable and personal accident insurance for the occupants of the rented vehicle. Please note that Cabrios, People’s carrier and automatics have an insurance excess of 300 eur.

Unlimited Mileage

Any mileage carried out in the rental is Free of charge.

Local taxes

All local taxes are included in the price.

Road Assistance

In case of breakdown or mechanical difficulties, you must call the local car hire company as soon as possible. A phone number is provided with the documentation of the vehicle. The emergency number is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Child and Booster Seats

Child and booster seats are in most destinations free of charge. However in some places have a small supplement depending on the supplier used. In any case relevant information is provided in the booking voucher.

Pay on Arrival

Paying on arrival ensures you not to give your credit card details until you collect the vehicle. It couldn’t be safer!

Our Rental Price Does NOT Include

Fuel

Fuel used during the rental is not included in the price.

Car Key Lost

Replacement of the lost keys is not included. If you are unfortunate enough to lose your car keys during the car rental period you might be charged 100 euros.

Flat tires

The insurance does not cover any tyre damage caused during the rental.

Windscreens damage

The insurance does not cover any windscreens broken during rental period.

Inadequate refuelling

Hires are held responsible for any cost caused by inadecuate refuelling

Traffic Fines

Hires are held responsible for any traffic fines incurred during the rental.

Flight Information

Your arrival flight number is important because if your flight is delayed we hold it until you arrive to your destination.

Car Type

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a particular make or car model. The vehicle shown on our website is for guidance only and may be substituted for a similar alternative or upgraded car at no extra cost.

Driving licence

Drivers must produce a Full Driving Licence valid in the EU held for a minimum of one year and with a minimum age of 21 years old and a maximum age of 79.

Driving Restrictions

Cars can not be taken abroad and other islands.

Payment

Payment can be made by a credit card such as VISA or MASTERCARD. In Ibiza and Menorca you can also pay by Cash but you need a credit card as a guarantee.
